You don’t need a full-blown training department to build great teams and a killer culture.

In fact, you don’t need one at all.

Zag is instant leadership and communication training without the L&D overhead.

Here’s how it works.

Think of Zag like Blue Apron or HelloFresh, but for training.

We deliver the training ingredients and lesson plans with easy, step-by-step recipes to team leaders.

All they do is a quick prep, lead

15-minute lessons in weekly team meetings, and enjoy the results.

This isn’t isolated, online training or binge learning in a classroom. Zag is designed to learn as a team.

All engineered on the latest science of learning and change, and that’s delicious.

The science of remarkable teamwork training

on a budget that's pure art.

1. Tap a topic.

Team leaders get monthly, ready-to-go teamwork lessons delivered straight to their inbox in a guided path that allows teams and cultures to make the quickest jumps in performance.

2. Get the guides.

3. Watch, talk, learn, change.

In 60 seconds, team leaders have an easy-to-use lesson plan, and their team has a guide to apply what they learn, all taught by dedicated experts who know their stuff cold.

Team leaders start the first 15 minutes of their weekly team meeting with a quick video, and a few talking points. Before you know it, everyone's inspired, has new skills they can use right now, and on to the rest of the meeting.

Team culture training

Teams watch Zag lessons together, then talk about what they learn, practice skills, or how to make the ideas happen.

This is lesson two from our Foundation track series on building great team culture. The leader and her team would get discussion guides and tools to go along with each lesson.

"This is my first time leading a team, and it's made a big difference. What we learn in Zag becomes our vocabulary as a team. Every week I hear people on my team use something they learned. To me, that's the ultimate evidence it's helping. And it's so easy to use I don't even have to think about it."

Nearly 100K people use our team training app. It's like La La Land for learning.

Inspired leaders. Happy teams.

"Zag gives my team a cultural foundation and communication style to build on. Right after we started using Zag in our Monday team meetings, we were working more like a team and less like a group of individuals. You guys are making a huge impact in our business. I can't thank you enough."

Josh Little

Startup Founder

"Zag is creating positive change in myself and my team, and I think my team looks at me as an expert in leadership, which I really don't think I am. So having Zag helps me nurture the growth of myself and my managers in our Friday morning meetings, and that has been really fun and cool to experience."

We conducted an 18-month research project on enterprise learning for leadership and career development.

This is what we found. It may surprise you.

If people are a  company's most important asset, then investing in their development is at the top of the company's strategic to-do list.

But it's not.

Executives say they believe in development, but words aren't always backed by budget. You don't get the resources you need, and only a fraction of teams in your company get the development they deserve.

There's a strong argument that every learning and development group in every company needs about 10X the time, people and money to do what needs to be done.  But that's not going to happen.

You have more on your plate than you can get to. Teams and leaders don't have time. Binge learning in classrooms doesn't work. Isolated, online information isn't helping. Something has to give.

Give more teams what they need. Give your company a learning culture without breaking the bank or giving your talent development team an impossible task.
